SecurTek is looking for a highly motivated technical professionals to fill the role of Technical Support Technician. Take advantage of the opportunity to excel in our dynamic head office where your professionalism, initiative and technical skills will be welcomed. The prime responsibilities will include; responding to and supporting all customer groups with the installation and use of security alarm systems and associated equipment. The successful candidate will follow established procedures, industry and manufacturer documentation to meet the needs of the dealer/customer in a timely manner. Internal processes and procedures will be fulfilled efficiently to ensure the delivery of the SecurTek Service Excellence Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Pc'ss, use of modems and other computer peripherals. A Grade XII diploma with Algebra 30, Physics 30 is required; relevant post secondary classes and/or practical experience in the areas of electronics will be strongly considered.
