The Administrative Assistant, in collaboration with the Executive Assistant, provides the day-to-day administration of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team; ensures that appropriate information management systems are established and maintained to facilitate discrete, efficient links between the office of the CEO and internal and external reference groups; ensures that required receptionist and secretarial services, suitable travel arrangements, and other administrative services are provided for the CEO, the Board, and the Executive Team.
This is a one-year temporary 0.6 FTE position that will commence January 2018.
Knowledge, Experience, and Education
Extensive knowledge of administrative support systems, which is typically obtained by completing a one-year certificate related to office administration with supplementary training in computer software application or its equivalent, knowledge of current office practices and procedures, and considerable (2-plus) years of directly related experience.
