Wk Kitchen is currently looking to hire a food service supervisor responsible for
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Participate in planning menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Applicant must be dependable, punctual, and reliable. Must be available to work evenings/weekends.
