Description

The Best Western Plus Kindersley Hotel is looking for an F/T Front Desk Agent. The suitable candidate must possess:

Great customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking skills.

Must be able to remain calm under pressure and able to work with minimum supervision.

Must be well versed in Microsoft and ability to stand for 8 hours.

Must be flexible and be available on Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays and be able to work the overnight shift occasionally if required.

Answering phone calls for reservations and in-house guest requests Check-in, Check out guests, make reservations and answer guest queries

Pre-block reservations- Identify repeat guests, assign welcome gifts for top corporate clients

Make individual and group reservations and coordinate with the Sales Department

Handle customer complaints with minimum management involvement

Work independently with minimum supervision

Attend to other tasks assigned by the General Manager
