Quest Staffing Services, on behalf of our client, is looking for an experienced administrative assistant. The successful candidate would be responsible for a wide range of administrative needs.
To be considered for the position, the successful candidate must have excellent customer service, attention to detail, very organized, able to multi task.
Responsible to include:
Provide office support in professional manner, greet staff and visitors professionally, answer multi line switchboard, filing, handle general inquiries.
Provide general administrative, clerical support, order and manage office supplies, manage incoming, outgoing mail, support for other departments when necessary.
Successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include, Word, Excel, office administration diploma or minimum 5 years experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
This is a term position approximately 3-4 months.
