Position Overview
Inland Steel Products Inc. is seeking a customer service representative that will serve as the link between customers and the company. This job is for someone who is friendly, courteous and strives for excellence in customer service.

    Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
    Provide professional and efficient customer service
    Welcome, direct, and pay customers
    Ensure cleanliness and image of all customer areas meet company standards
    Other duties as directed to create high value customer experiences

Qualifications
1.    Experience in the customer service industry
2.    Passion for working with a diverse customer base
3.    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4.    Competent with technology (computers, office equipment, and software)
5.    Great communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
6.    Outgoing, positive, and contagious attitude
