The Lloydminster and District Co-operative Limited is currently recruiting for a Full Time Alternate Gas Bar Supervisor (Evenings) for our Hampton's Gas Bar/C Store. (Two Supervisor shifts per week will be 2:30-10:30pm and the rest will vary and will be either cashier or pump attendant shifts.)The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Candidate must have a flexible work schedule.
Essential functions of the Job:
*ensure the departments receiving and handling of merchandise meets Co-op policies, procedures and standards
*proper housekeeping and sanitations
*responsible for the operation and administration requirements of the department
*ensure a high level of prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
*supervise and train staff
*operate cash register and pump fuel
*handle customer complaints in an appropriate and timely fashion
*other duties as required
Previous gas bar and supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
