JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing all services necessary to meet the calling inquiry and completion needs of all types of customers. This includes entering manual or electronic customer data information provided by external customers and internal departments, into operating systems. Communicates with customers to verify customer information. Completes internal work and procedures to ensure the customers requirements are met or exceeded.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides/assists customers with local, toll, directory and emergency call completion.
2. Assists special needs customers in call completion, as requested.
3. Supplies call routing and rate information.
4. Assists with projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
2. Working knowledge of PC;s and 40 wpm keyboarding skills.
3. Successful applicants will be required to provide a criminal record check prior to employment
