Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of the Family Treatment Centre the Senior Assessor Coordinator- Clinical Lead, will be responsible to provide overall facilitation and supervision of all childcare and addiction counselling staff and coordination of activities with community partners. This position will be responsible to provide overall supervision of the  facilitation and clinical program components: Addictions and Trauma (Stephanie Covington), step and self-help components, relapse prevention, managing emotions as well as the parenting components and activities for children 0-12 ( this includes the child care center and classroom)  The Senior Assessor Coordinator - Clinical Lead, FTC will be responsible to coordinate program activities for women and children and  develop community partners in relation to programming.  The Senior Assessor Coordinator will participate in program development and evaluation to ensure best practice research is implemented and used in all programming in an ongoing fashion.   The Senior Assessor Coordinator - Clinical Lead, FTC will be responsible to coordinate program activities for women and children and  develop community partners in relation to programming.  The Senior Assessor Coordinator will participate in program development and evaluation to ensure best practice research is implemented and used in all programming in an ongoing fashion.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in one of the following:  Addiction Counseling, Social Work or combination of a Degree in a relevant social science or human services in combination with an addiction counselor diploma. Eligibility in a professional association preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in program facilitation, counselling and providing clinical supervision.
