Passion for change measurement and reporting required
Join the Change Management team and help create and maintain the teams processes, tools, templates and measurement approach.
What you'll do:
Measure, analyze and report on adoption levels and enterprise change capacity
Develop the monthly enterprise change roadmap
Provide technical support (e.g., SharePoint and Jira) and research for the team
Consult with partners to develop and execute change plans

Strong measurement and analytical skills
Organizational pro who can manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivated individual who embraces change
Relationship-builder who loves supporting others
What you'll need:
A degree in communication, social sciences, or human resources and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); change or project management certification is an asset
Fluency in both official languages
Knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards and processes
