The Lac La Ronge Indian Bands Education Department is accepting applications for the 2017-2018 school year, to fill this position based out of Senator Myles Venne School in La Ronge, SK.
The suitable candidates will possess the following mandatory qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Saskatchewan Professional "A" teaching certificate
- Coaching Certificates; First Aid & CPR
- Ability to Teach Physical Education, from grade 5-9 students.
- Ability to teach Wellness 10, as well as Physical Education 20 & 30 levels.
Other qualifications include:
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to teach students of varying abilities
- Teaching experience in a High School
- Cross Cultural experience is an asset
- Participation in extra-curricular activities
