* Assist all commercial and residential customers in the showroom and on the telephone by providing as detailed information as possible regarding the products and services offered by Denson Commercial Food Equipment
* Maintain a high level of customer service
Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
* Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
* Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
* Keep showroom, warehouse and front counter clear from clutter
* Utilize front counter computer to invoice sales and look up information as necessary.
* Perform daily cash procedures; handle cash/debit/credit transactions and close cash at the end of each day.
* Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
* Un-pack, price, display and merchandise products in the showroom.
* Promoting of all in-store demonstrations and events
* Maintain cleanliness of showroom; dust and tidy displays and front counter area.
* Maintain up-to-date retail and commercial catalogues and price lists at front desk.
* Count inventory as necessary.
* Participate in product knowledge sessions and ensure that all product knowledge is current.
* Contribute to a healthy and safe workplace
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
