The Dilawri Group of Companies is expanding its Business Development Call centre in Regina. We are looking for a Dynamic individual join our Sales / Service BDC team.

You will make outgoing sales calls as well as receive incoming calls for our 8 dealerships within the city.  You will work closely with our Sales, Service and Parts departments.

You will be required to respond promptly to calls and emails in a clear concise manner.

You will be expected to provide an excellent customer service experience as a true professional.

The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, be a team player, willing to take on a number of tasks daily to assist our team

You have experience working in fields such as administrative assistance, customer service, automotive, retail or a call center environment.
