Facility: NURSES ALUMNI WING
Job Description: This position is required to provide psychometric, behavioural and family assessments in the context of the family and community to children between the ages of 0 and 12 exhibiting a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.  The incumbent will complete psychological assessment reports and will provide individual, group and family interventions.  Periodically, the Psychologist also assists with program planning and may participate in interagency committee work, community development, and/or clinical supervision of practicum students. The incumbent must be able to work effectively with the Program Manager and other members of the Children's Services Team.
Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
Experience
WELL-DEVELOPED EXPERIENCE PROVIDING CONSULTATION TO SCHOOLS..  
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Advanced interpersonal skills
Advanced organizational skills
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
