The Leasing Team delivers commercial equipment leasing products to business clients across the Canadian marketplace.  Reporting to the Financial Services Supervisor, you will provide quality support to the Lease funding team. The main focus of this role is security registration, maintenance of insurance on the lease portfolio, client service, and data input into the Asset lease and loan system.  

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to service excellence, combined with one year post-secondary education and two years office administrative experience, preferably in the financial services industry with leasing expertise.  Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with commercial and corporate clients and knowledge of the Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) and security registration.

You will have proficient computer skills (Excel and Word) and the ability to learn our lease system technology. We are looking for a strong communicator, with the ability to work well under firm timelines. Strong organizational skills, customer service ethic and the talent to be a team player are essential to this position.
