Open Camp Lodge is seeking to fill a camp kitchen manager position.
Applicant must have completed formal cook education or training.
Hire will be responsible for full operation of the kitchen facility including but limited to actual preparation of the meals, creation of menu (buffet style), ordering and waste control, management of kitchen helpers etc.
Hire must have at least 5 years experience cooking and have management experience as well.
Hire must live in camp.
