Investment Administration
Pre and post appointment paperwork and processing
Pre-brief and debrief client meetings with the advisor
Manage & execute account openings and transactions
Advisor Co-ordinator
Manage the schedules for client meetings and appointments
Follow up with clients and confirm meetings to ensure clients are prepared for the meeting with the advisor
Keep advisors organized
Client Relationship Management
Implement the relationship management strategies used by the firm and learn the principles used
Initiate, manage, and conduct proactive and professional contact with existing clients
Professionally respond & assist clients who inquire with phone calls and/or email by creating and maintaining a high touch experience create a great rapport.
Anticipate client concerns and deal with them proactively
Sustain a good rapport with clients and maintain the company image through effective communication
General Administration
Create and maintain file standards and filing (paper & electronic)
Investigate and solve administrative issues accurately and completely
Maintain office support material
Answer phones in a consistent & friendly manner to give all clients a good experience when establishing that first point of contact
Provide back-up support to team members who may be absent due to illness, injury, or vacation
Group insurance administration
Education/Skills/Requirements
Experience in a financial services advisory firm preferred
Canadian Investment Funds Certification an asset
Willingness to obtain credentials (LLQP & CIFC) as required by the company
Post secondary education an advantage
