We are a growing medical clinic with Psychiatrists and Family Physicians. Our clinic is in need of an MOA/MAA who enjoys working with people and can maintain a sense of calm and positivity no matter the pace of the day. Duties would include but are not limited to clerical duties to assist the doctors, vital signs, laboratory specimen handling, assisting the family physicians in the exam rooms, reception/office duties such as welcoming and registering patients who have appointments or are walk in patients, answering phones, arranging appointments via phone and in person. Some Saturday hours required. A certificate from a recognized MOA/MAA course is preferred. Those with equal and relevant on the job experience may apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge/experience with EMR.
