The Manager of Human Resources is a key player in implementing human resource management (HRM) strategies, supporting growth in the local management team, overseeing the recruitment portfolio, analyzing and understanding the key drivers of turnover and implementing solutions, maintaining a positive employee relations environment, and enhancing the organizational culture. This new position is part of the Donalds Fine Foods corporate HRM team and is based at the companys Thunder Creek Pork plant in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Working with the site management team, this position will deliver HRM programs. They will also provide on-site advice to the management team and increase the strategic and tactical understanding of HRM. The Manager of Human Resources will support the development of a positive corporate culture and will strive to foster a workplace environment that is consistent with the values and mission of Donalds Fine Foods.
