JOB SUMMARY

PARTS ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Service customers through walk in appointments, and over the phone interaction
Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and other employees with customer service
Determine parts required for diagnosed repair
Assist is quoting and ordering parts, and suggesting additional related items
Obtain authorization and payment for all orders, and notify customer when parts arrive
PARTS ADVISOR REQUIRMENTS
Parts experience is required, Ford parts experience is an asset
Complete Ford online training every quarter
Attend department information and training sessions, and off site sessions as assigned
Participate in Parts Apprenticeship program
