Planning & Community Development Officer

The City of Martensville has an opening for a permanent full-time position for a Planning & Community Development Officer.  This position will be responsible for the following:

Development Permits
Building Permits
Building Information Abstracts & Property Information Disclosures
Official Community Plan and Zoning Amendment Bylaws
Development and Servicing Agreements
Survey and Planning Maps
Public Inquiries
Applicants require, at minimum a Degree in Regional & Urban Planning or equivalent.

All applicants are subject to a criminal record check.



Rate of Pay: As per Local CUPE Agreement
