Can you visualize creative ways to design office floor plans that are an efficient use of space, adhere to building codes and regulations, and meet the needs of the business?

If so, we want to hear from you!  We're looking for you to join our team as a permanent, full-time Facility Planner in our Facilities Management department in Regina.

As a Facility Planner you will gather information and assist in its analysis to maintain accurate furniture and space inventory records and to facilitate efficient utilization of floor space.  You will also design, develop, and maintain drawing specifications for interior renovations including furniture installation projects, and placement of electrical, telecommunication and mechanical outlets according to building codes and corporate standards.

Requirements
We're counting on you to bring a unique combination of knowledge and skills to this role.  We are looking for candidates who have a diploma from a Technical Institute in architectural drafting or a related field plus two years' job related experience in office layout and design including experience with computer assisted design (CAD).  An equivalent combination of training and experience may also be considered.
