JOB PURPOSE
To keep track of all ongoing projects and ensure employees are on schedule with their daily tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this role are, but not limited to:
Project Management:
Build timelines and ensure tasks are scheduled to the correct resource
Set priorities for all projects and daily tasks
Facilitate daily digital meetings and weekly production meeting
Manage calendars and prioritize meetings
Schedule and host all internal meetings and project meetings, keep a list of deliverables and task
Attend Client Meetings and keep a list of deliverables and task
Build timelines and update project schedules daily to reflect job status
Manage all assignments, prioritize and ensure all time sensitive tasks are completed
Maintain schedules for Social Content Department. Ensure all clients social pages are being kept up to date
Timesheet management Print and approve DIG timesheets bi-monthly
Assist in keeping projects within scope and on budget. Review financial status with sales executive
Advantage Administrator:
Add new users and continued maintenance on current employees
Provide usage guidance. Answer all Advantage questions contact Advantage if needed
Train new employees on usage
Ensure all jobs are open and employees have tasks to assign time to
Host all meetings and training sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience working with Advantage Agency Software
Grade 12 Diploma
Post secondary preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills
Strong Communicational skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Project Management Experience considered and asset
Basic Computer skills
Problem solving skills
Experience working in digital development, event marketing, logistics
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to work in a group environment as well as on your own.
May require extra hours during the week and weekends
