Position Overview:
Manage office operations in a jewellery retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide logistical support for sales staff
Help serve customers if needed
QuickBooks data entry (dailies, payables, receivables, etc.)
Generate standard financial reports
Placing orders, shipping & receiving product
Education & Experience:
Business Administration Certificate or equivalent
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Innovative mind able to think outside the box
Strong communicational skills
Positive team player
