SEASONAL positions are available on a 4:2 rotational schedule located in Saskatchewan. This position is not a typical management position, in that, it isn't about managing staff from an office or behind a desk. It involves being 'in the trenches so to speak
Responsibilities:
Fuel, lubricate and complete preventive maintenance on corporate equipment and assets.
Ensure workers perform tasks according to safe work practices and safe job procedures.
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Able to maintain a high level of performance over a 12-hour shift.
Complete construction on small projects at the client project site.
Others will be discussed in interview
Required Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a remote or fire camp, preferably in a leadership position.
Construction, Plumbing, Electrical - Basic
Ability to operate small engine machinery/equipment: Snow Machines; ATVs; Generators (Gas/Diesel)
Licensing & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License with a 5-year clean driver record
Acquisition & Possession Permit
Standard First Aid or OFA3
Transportation of Dangerous Goods, would be an asset
Red Seal Trades Certified, would be an asset
