Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Marketing and Business Development, the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of the management systems that are included within the ISC Sales and Marketing Management framework. At a high level, this includes the following functions:
- Sales pipeline management and data integrity
- Sales forecasting and reporting
- Sales performance reporting/analytics
- Sales budget/variance management
- Opportunity governance (coordination, tracking, and management of deal review and approvals)
- CRM tool management (including access, requirements, enhancements to support sales team)
- Management of SharePoint (or equivalent) site for maintaining sales collateral and other key outputs from sales management processes
- Supporting lead generation through management/coordination of sales and marketing events (including webinars, trade-shows, and industry associations)
- Supporting the development of bid management processes
The position is in Regina but location may be flexible.
