Description

Based in Regina, The Deveraux Group of Companies is involved in the development, construction and management of various types of properties, including single family homes and multi-unit residential complexes. The group also oversees various asset management funds, bare land development and property management services. To support continued its growth, Deveraux is seeking to hire full time Executive Assistant to work with and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

The ideal individual for this role will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, and will have excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. If this sounds like a fit, we look forward to meeting you.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Project work as required which may include some travel

Candidate qualities

Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
