Description

As Corporate Receptionist for a mid-large sized, reputable organization located in Regina, you will:

- Serve as company 'ambassador' and first voice/greeter of the firm.  
- Provide efficient telephone and Reception support: answer calls and relay messages, register/direct visitors and respond to general enquiries.
- Represent the company in a friendly, outgoing manner at all times, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Professionalism, a positive attitude and confidentiality are key components of the role.
- Provide general office/clerical support including data entry of information and expense invoices, reconciliation of expenses, bank deposits, ordering office supplies, mail/courier, meeting/lunch arrangements, arrange conference calls, etc.  


Education & Experience:

- Office or business training is an asset.
- 5+ years senior reception/administrative experience.

Personality / Desired attributes:

- Motivated, strong work ethics and positive, professional attitude.    
- Comfortable dealing with business representatives at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent telephone skills and commitment to a high level of customer service.
- Able to work independently; open to ask questions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Takes pride and ownership in carrying out responsibilities in a highly professional manner.
- Team player; open to assisting others as required.
