Description

Position of Bookkeeper/Accountant/Payroll
Esterhazy, Saskatchewan

The SECON Group of Companies is expanding its support office staff in Esterhazy to support our projected growth opportunities. Reporting to the Controller and Financial Accountant, the experienced individual should have previous exposure to Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger Reconciliations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- daily bank reconciliations/deposits
-accounts payable reconciliation to purchase orders and posting
-payables cheque runs
-credit card/expense reconciliations      
-accounts receivable invoicing and collections                                                                                                                                                                                                
-payroll processing

Qualifications:
-minimum Grade 12, post-secondary training
-good computer skills including Microsoft office
-3- 5years electronic accounting software experience, preferably Sage 300 Construction Software, QuickBooks
-ability to communicate both orally and in writing
-work in a Construction office environment
