Our dynamic company has a job opening in our front office. The position has many responsibilities as we are a small company. We are unique - we specialize in agriculture aircraft maintenance, new aircraft sales, and complete product support. We deal with clients across North America and our vendors are worldwide.
Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, direct traffic, manage incoming calls
Process work orders and initiate invoice daily
Assist with inventory control
Manages mail
Input and process payroll
Process A/P and A/R invoices to Quick Books
Manage collections in A/R
Manage A/P timely payments
Reconcile bank accounts, assist in tax reports
Accurate filing and record keeping
Manage office cleanliness
Manage supplies - office, coffee room, pilot lounge
Assist other personnel with their administration needs
Expectations:
2 years of Office/Accounting experience is essential
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Detail and quality oriented
Superior organizational skills
Willing to do the extra to make a difference
Team player and able to work independently
Self manager
Quick learner
Respects confidential matters
Coachable, respectful, trustworthy
Excellent telephone skills
Some familiarity with agriculture
Willing to help as required
We are looking for candidates with proven experience. Our hiring decision will also be made on cultural fit.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Full Time, permanent. Some flexibility around starting date at the moment.
