Supporting BPWTC's strategic plan, the Maintenance Foreman, reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, is responsible for the planning and supervision of electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance functions at the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant (the Plant). To do this, this position uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to apply preventative, conditional and reactive maintenance processes to ensure optimal operation of the Plant and its equipment. This person also supports the Inventory Control Coordinator in maintaining Plant inventory and just-in-time purchasing of supplies, equipment and parts for timely maintenance and repairs.
