Description

The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure, North Battleford District Operations, is seeking an Equipment Operator for the North Battleford Section. As a member of the Section Crew you will operate, service and maintain heavy equipment such as tandem trucks with hydrodrum, spinner and snowplow attachments, motor graders and front-end loaders. You will perform various highway maintenance functions in the summer and snow and ice removal in the winter months. You will keep records and logs of hours of operation, repairs and amounts of materials applied to highways and, in the absence of the supervisor, you may be assigned supervisory responsibilities.
