We are currently accepting applications for a Warranty/Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prompt technical discussion and resolution to determine status of claim or complaint;
-Contacting dealer sales, service and warranty departments, customers, repair shop personnel or suppliers to concur on decisions on warranty and service claims;
-Scheduling in-house warranty work;
-Arranging for return of warrantable supplier products and ensure credits are issued.
