Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an organized, professional & self-motivated individual to add to our team as a Human Resources Advisor for a one year term.

Key activities of this role include:
Recruitment
    Identify staffing requirements in consultation with the managers/leaders and HR Manager
    Develop and execute recruiting plans
    Source, interview and short list candidates
Employee Relations
    Conduct orientation process for new employees
    Provide employee direction and guidance with respect to Crestlines policies and procedures
    Serve as a liaison/support person between management and employees
    Coordinate performance management initiatives with applicable Manager
Payroll
    Assist in the submission of bi-weekly payroll
    Complete post payroll duties
Training & Development
    Work with HR Manager to assess departmental training needs
    Source and develop training materials for in-house training sessions
Reporting & Communications
    Update and distribute bi-weekly recruitment summary
    Prepare HR statistical information as requested
Administration
    Update and maintain Payroll database
    Administer employee benefits plans
    Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Other
    Issue building key cards to staff
    Work with HR Manager to issues building security codes
    Assist with HR related projects as required
    Provide back-up phone relief for Reception as needed

The successful candidates will have:

    Bachelor of Commerce or related degree
    3-5 years HR related experience is an asset
    Proficient computer skills and knowledge, (MS Windows, MS Office, email, internet, etc.)
    Outstanding interpersonal skills
    Excellent administrative skills
    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    Strong analytical and conceptual skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Confident and professional
    Detail oriented
