Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Esterhazy, SK location. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of maintenance in an industrial setting. Assists workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge from past experience.

What will you be working on?
* Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.
* Execute all preventive and predictive maintenance job plans as per schedule.
* Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.
* Perform related duties as required.

What is required for this role?
* High School or GED equivalent required.
* 5+ years of Maintenance experience
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
