Description
Responsibilities in strawberry production:
- hand planting
- weeding (hoeing and hand planting)
- strawberry plasticulture (laying plastic, drip
and sprinkler irrigation)
- pruning on strawberry beds
- picking fruit (July, Aug, Sept)
- fall cleanup fields in Oct
-located 6.5 kms south of Saskatoon
Essential Skills and Abilities
- must be physically fit
- capable of physical labour
- repetitive tasks
- most activities are at ground level
- ability to work with others
Transportation
- own transportation
