As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential administrative support
to the Registrar and oversee the daily operations of this reputable association.
Executive Support
Provide confidential administrative/executive support to the Registrar.
Coordinate Board meetings, including distribution of materials and other information.
Collect data and maintain statistics and prepare reports, i.e. dashboard tracking, vacations, sick leave, contact information etc.
Coordinate the Annual Conference.
Communication & Event Coordination
Prepare documents including confidential letters and memos, statistical reports, policies and procedures, meeting minutes, agendas, reports, presentations, etc.
Assist and participates in special event coordination (2-200 people) including room layout, equipment coordination and material preparation.
Requirements/ideal experience:
5+ years administrative/executive assistant or legal assistant experience.
Experience working with a Board of Directors is an asset.
Diploma or Degree is an asset.
Desired attributes:
Highly motivated professional with strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to manage workload, establish priorities and organize multiple tasks.
Must have attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to support senior level administrators and to work effectively and discretely with confidential and sensitive information is essential.
