Facility: ST. PAUL'S HOSPITAL
Job Description: Safety Line Coordinators will work in the new SHR Safety Centre currently being developed. Coordinators take calls from employees, physicians, patients and families regarding all safety related incidents, injuries, incidents, near misses and exposures. The Coordinators are responsible for ensuring comprehensive detailed incident and medical information is gathered and the data entered into the relevant database(s) to allow trending and to meet legislative reporting requirements. The Coordinators work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders managing the safety incidents and immediate responses.
Required Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
Three years of office administrative or other relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
