Job description:
- Maintaining the exterior of the building, parking lot and common areas, maintaining equipment in guest rooms, conducting monthly safety inspection and training to the staff on safety and emergency procedures and working with vendors.
- Overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment and tool usage.
Experience: Ability to work in fast pace environment,. Must be a self motivated and a team player. Must be in good health, physically fit and willing to work long hours with minimal supervision.

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
