Tait Kitchen Centre is searching for self-motivated, target-driven individual to join our hard working and experienced team as a Kitchen Cabinet Designer and Sales person. For over 30 years Tait Kitchen Centre has been a leader in their field and their name has become synonymous with fine quality cabinetry, outstanding customer service and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be self-starter who is customer focused and demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients who are seeking out their dream kitchens by planning, designing and selling Taits range of products and services.
Ability to build rapport, listen to customers needs and identify selling opportunities.
Design presentation packages and client presentation.
Visit building and renovation sites to evaluate the customer needs.
Following up with the client and keeping them informed about their project progress.
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects with the ability to work towards personal targets.
Some weekend and trade show work required.
Qualifications
Must be highly motivated and a detail oriented individual.
Strong problem solver who can think outside the box to create solutions.
Strong communication skill.
Team player and self-motivated.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
Sales experience considered an asset.
Kitchen or interior design experience considered an asset.
Interior design education considered an asset.
