DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
SecurTek, A SaskTel Company, a Canadian leader in security and safety solutions, is looking for a qualified individual for a Director of Finance for our head office located in YORKTON, Saskatchewan.

Accountabilities:
-Contribute to the success of SecurTek by providing leadership and ensuring that the financial reporting processes meet internal and external needs.  
-Responsible for all financial accounting and reporting, financial planning, budgeting, internal controls and revenue generation.
-Oversee and coordinate all internal and external audits and meet all audit requirements.
-Accountable to ensure the consistent application and appropriateness of financial policies, processes and procedures and ensure they are in alignment with corporate strategies.  
-Areas under this position include 3 direct reports and staff involved in corporate accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer billings, commissioning and treasury functions.  

Qualifications:
-Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CA, CGA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience.
-Advanced financial accounting, reporting and analytical review skills.
-Solid comprehension of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial reporting standards and ability to apply to new & existing processes.
-Strong planning and analytical skills and the ability to manage changing priorities and meet rigorous deadlines.
-Strong leadership skills with previous experience in staff supervision.  
-Knowledge of Great Plains Dynamics would be considered an asset.
