Yorkton Co-op is seeking a Full Time Supervisor for our Palliser Way Gas Bar location in Yorkton.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the Palliser Way Gas Bar team in providing legendary customer service to all customers. This will be demonstrated by means of an ability to multi-task, a desire to work with the public, a positive attitude and an outgoing and energetic personality.
The Supervisor is responsible for the Supervision and delegation of the employees' workflow and duties as well as enforcing Yorkton Co-op's polices and procedures.
The Supervisor will ensure customers are receiving proper service with gasoline, diesel, windshield fluids, oils, etc. and will take initiative to pump fuel when required.
This position is responsible for training the staff at the Palliser Way location as well as ordering, receiving and displaying merchandise as directed by Management.
Other duties include completed daily cash ups/deposits, operating the till system, performing opening and closing procedures, interior housekeeping and maintenance duties as well as any other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will showcase a desire to advance their knowledge through training and development.
This position requires you to be physically able to do heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs, climbing and kneeling, as well as the ability to work all shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset.
