Description

Duties: (not limited to)
1    Use various evaluation methods on documentation, source code, test results, etc. to determine whether user needs & project objectives have been satisfied.
2    Develop and document software testing plans.
3    Install software and hardware and configure operating system software in preparation for testing.
4    Select appropriate test strategies (test-driven design, risk-based, and time boxed) for various situations.
5    Review business and software documentation for ambiguity and testability.
6    Manage, track and report on computers testing status throughout the projects.
7    Coordinate with the manager and service team to ensure test data is available for all test phases.
8    Execute, analyze and document results of software application tests and information.
9    Manage Defect Process and assist in defect analysis and assignment.
10    Perform computer & electrical parts inspections as per specifications.
11    Maintain, evaluate and act on quality metrics.
12    Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training.
    

Candidates Requirements:
1)    University education level
2)    8 years software testing experience REQUIRED.
3)    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4)    Excellent written and oral communication.
5)    Proficient with multiple software systems and testing programs.
6)    Ability to multi-task while maintaining a cool, collected demeanor.
7)    Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8)    Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
9)    Shift hours may change seasonally based on business needs.
10)    Punctual with reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
