We are currently accepting resumes for a Base Builder. This job is a physically demanding position and you will be required to lift, bend & stand for extended periods of time. On the job training is provided and cross training is required in order to meet production demand cycles. Both men & women are encouraged to apply.
Base Builder
This position is responsible for assembling bases properly per order specifications, meeting production goals/schedules for the day and ensuring the highest level of quality. You will be working with nail guns and an industrial stapler. On the job training will be provided and any previous experience working with power tools is an asset.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
Able to lift, bend & stand for up to 8 hrs per day
Communication skills including the ability to read, write & speak English
Able to work with power & hand tools any previous experience is a plus!
Good eye-hand coordination
Able to take direction and perform tasks within specified time frames in a fast paced environment
Team Player
Excellent attendance & punctuality
Ability to work overtime as required
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour to start
Extended Health Benefits upon completion of 3 months of employment (Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, Life Insurance, LTD, AD&D)
Hours of Work:
Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required as production demands
