Perspect is looking for a proven Desktop Analysts to work in our Tier II support environment. There will also be a requirement for the candidate to work with our PDO providing research and recommendations on technical solutions and delivery with regards to projects such as the Desktop Refresh Program

Qualifications and Technical Skills
    Computer Install, Trouble Shooting & Repair Experience
    Tier II Support Experience
    Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7
    Knowledge of McAfee EPO Server
    Knowledge of Bitlocker
    Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks Experience
    Knowledge of Lotus Notes
    Printer trouble shooting & repair Experience
    Microsoft SCCM imaging & software installation Experience
    Saskatchewan Crown or Government Experience
    Experience with iPhones/iOS in a Corporate Environment
    Must be able to perform in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
