Description

Express Employment Professionals is a Staffing & Recruiting agency.  We are looking for a full-time receptionist on a temp-perm basis.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the proper functions of the front office from greeting customers/clients, answering phones, providing information, answering emails and other general inquiries, filing, ordering office supplies as well as assisting with basic accounting functions.  If you are professional, outgoing, and love dealing with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 education with at least some post-secondary education
Previous Reception & Administration experience
Proficient working with Word, Excel, Outlook
Basic Accounting knowledge will be a definite asset
Any experience using Yardi or other property management software programs would be a definite asset
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Ability to maintain daily front office functions
Able to handle high call volumes
Professional, outgoing, and self-motivated are very important
