Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, resource requirements and schedules for client projects to ensure the goals and objectives are accomplished within itracks prescribed quality standards
- Manage vendors and purchase orders
- Collaborate with internal staff and resources to meet client design and function needs for qualitative and quantitative projects using itracks tools
- Program surveys within an established survey tool and perform quality assurance testing as needed
- Deliver project specifications within the established timeframe
- Partner with Sales to grow existing accounts and work cooperatively to deliver bid requests in a timely manner
- Communicate with other Project Managers to prioritize deadlines among deliverables that affect internal resources
- Negotiate with clients to satisfactorily resolve issues or problems that may arise during a projects lifecycle
- Liaise with the clients and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties are informed of status, while promoting high standards of professionalism
- Contract and supervise vendors to deliver outsourced services
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong skills in leadership, planning, management and control of projects
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Capable of working independently on projects and also collaborating as a team member
- Attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Basic coding/programming skills is an asset
