Regina Plumbing and Heating is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented entry level office assistant. Successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
Provide administrative support and perform other duties as prescribed by management
Schedule appointments.
Answer incoming calls and field messages.
Complete general office tasks/duties as assigned.
Run errands as needed.
Filing of documents, general data entry and spreadsheet maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Successful candidate should also possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proficient typing skills and knowledge of MS Office programs as well as Quickbooks
Excellent communication skills/courteous phone demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills/reliability
High school diploma/GED equivalent required
