Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced receptionist for a position in Saskatoon.

We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist. If you are someone who enjoys a fast paced work environment then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
Answering phones using a multi-line switchboard
Sending and responding to professional email messages
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Other clerical duties as required

The selected candidate will have the following skills and abilities:
A minimum of one year work related experience in a Receptionist role
Proficient Skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Experience using a multi-line switchboard
Previous experience working in a financial office environment would be an asset.

This is a contract position
