Description

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team environment where flexibility and the ability to constantly reprioritize are valued attributes.  This position is a combination of Court Runner and General Clerk duties

Court runners are mobile throughout the building, utilizing the stairs extensively to move documents between the firm's four floors as well as delivering documents to external locations such as the courthouse and other law firms in the downtown core.

Clerking encompasses such duties as photocopying and scanning projects, back-up support for Reception, and miscellaneous duties such as tidying meeting rooms, setting up internal luncheon meetings, and light kitchen duties.

If you possess solid computer skills, have a proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment with tight turnarounds and daily deadlines, this position may be of interest to you.

Some experience in a professional office setting is a great asset as well as a clerical and/or administrative background.  Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written is essential in addition to well developed interpersonal skills as you interact with members of the legal profession and the general public.

We offer a competitive hourly wage and a 40 hour work week from Monday to Friday.  Employees also receive a Health Spending account provided through Blue Cross, a full disability package and a pension plan.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and resident in the Regina area.
